How do fees work on nJoy?

Joining and getting going on nJoy is free. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a fee to join outside sales channels.

It costs $0.00 (as in absolutely free) to publish a listing to nJoy. Once an item sells, there is a 5% transaction fee on the total sale price.

There can be a monthly subscription charge to join in outside sales channels, such as a hotel sales channel connecting you with local hotel guests as they are in the buying mindset), some of which are by invitation only.

What do I need to do to get set up?

It's easy to set up your nJoy experience for customers. Download the nJoy Shopper App from the App store, register for a free nJoy Business account (if you don’t already have one), connect with Stripe through the nJoy Shopper App, start posting listings, and invite in customers.

If you prefer, you can also register here through our website by clicking the "Get started on nJoy" button, and then download the nJoy Shopper App from the App store and simply login.

How do I get paid?

With Stripe, our easy-to-use and secure payment partner, you may accept payments from a wide variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account, no matter how or from where the buyer pays.

How does nJoy protect sellers?

Seller protection offers you peace of mind in the event of a transaction dispute. If you are unable to resolve a disagreement with a buyer and the transaction meets eligibility requirements, nJoy will help you resolve the issue through our dispute resolution system.

What is my commitment?

There is no commitment period on nJoy. You can leave whenever you like. And if you're on a paid plan or in an nJoy outside sales channel, our monthly plans mean you can cancel at any time. All we ask is that you're committed to helping your neighborhood.

What about my customer contacts?
